It helps in keeping the neck straight, reduces headache and creates the habit of correct sitting posture. It is very beneficial to do one set of this every hour in the office.

Now slowly tilt the head to the right, as if taking the ear near the shoulder. If you want, give a little support to the head with your right hand. Remain in this position for 20 to 30 seconds, then do the same process on the other side, 2-2 times on both sides. This exercise loosens those muscles and makes the neck feel light. By doing this in the morning, you feel relaxed throughout the day.
