You can make cards even sitting at home
The process of making Ayushman card is digital and it can also be completed through mobile. For this you will have to download Ayushman app. After selecting the language in the app, click on the beneficiary option and login with the mobile number. Then select PMJAY scheme and select state and district. Now after entering the Aadhaar number, the list of family members will be visible. For those whose card has not been made, e-KYC can be completed by clicking on the option given in front and doing Aadhaar based OTP verification and uploading the photo. After the application is submitted, the verification process is completed and the card can be downloaded.
These documents are necessary
To get Ayushman card made, Aadhar card, ration card, mobile number and passport size photo are necessary. Having an e-Shram Card, Shramik Card or other government identity card provides further convenience in proving eligibility.
