There was a dispute regarding removal of the car
This video is said to be from the night of 31st December. Where young man Abhishek Nehra, living in Modi Nagar police station area, had returned from Delhi with his younger brother. The young man alleges that when he reached his house situated on Niwari Road, two cars were parked in front of his house. In which some were drinking alcohol. Among them, a woman was also with him.
Abhishek alleges that when we asked him to remove the vehicle, some of the policemen got down and started abusing. He took off his jacket and started showing off his uniform. We said that we just have to park inside our house. You remove the car and do whatever else you want to do. After which he started threatening.

Abhishek said that when he started making the video, a woman came out of the car and started abusing him and threatened to kill him, , The woman said that this road does not belong to your father, It has a market all over Ghaziabad, I am a Jat and can buy 50 such Thar, The two policemen present there also put pressure on him to delete the video and threatened that if he did not do so, they would implicate him in a case,
The name of the policeman seen with the woman in the viral video is Jitendra Raghav who is posted in Niwari police station. The victim says that after he complained in the Commissioner’s office, when the complaint came here, the complaint was made against him only because he was drunk.
