The reason was that the woman riding a bike was wearing a helmet, but a young man named Kito, sitting behind her, did not wear a helmet. The traffic police asked for the identity card and Rs 1000 cash from the woman, saying that the traffic police broke the rules. Policemen said that if they do not give money, they will have to go to court. In compulsion, tourists gave two notes of 500-500 rupees to the policemen by giving two notes of 500-500 rupees. After this, on asking for the receipt of the challan, the policeman said with a gesture of the hand that you can go now. Even after asking about the receipt twice, the policeman did not respond and asked them to leave.
