In a message published on the Kremlin website, Putin said that dear Prime Minister, please accept my heartfelt greetings on the occasion of his 75th birthday. He said, “You are making a great personal contribution in strengthening special strategic partnership between our countries and developing mutually beneficial Russian-Indian cooperation in various fields.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu greeted Prime Minister Modi for his birthday and described him as his good friend.
