Adhd symptoms: Researchers have identified genetic factors who trigger symptoms of low attention/hypercarious disorder (ADHD), autism and anxiety. In international research conducted by King’s College London, UK, it was investigated how the changing sensitivity of individuals towards environmental factors can affect ADHD symptoms, autistic symptoms, anxiety and depression symptoms, mental experiences and levels of neurotism.
What is ADHD?
Researchers from 23 universities around the world combined with 11 research to combine the data of 21,792 similar twins (10,896 pairs) to discover genetic variants associated with environmental sensitivity. It is the largest genome-wind Association Research (GWAS) of the same twins till date.
He identified many genetic factors who were associated with the difference in environmental sensitivity within the same twin joints. In the research letter published in the Nature Human Behavior magazine, the researcher said that the interaction between these genetic factor and environmental risks can explain the difference in sensitivity to psychiatry and neuro developmental symptoms.
King’s post-deacter researcher Dr. Elham Asari said, “The difference in sensitivity to life experiences can show why the same negative or positive experiences can have different effects on people’s mental health. Our findings show that specific genetic variants affect how environmental risk affects environmental risk and neuro-developmental symptoms.”
What happened in research?
In genetically similar twin children, the researcher found that genes associated with development factors play an important role in the gene -boyeological molecules, neuro development, immune functions and central nervous systems – were associated with variation in autistic symptoms.
At the same time, genes related to reactivity to stress were associated with variation in signs of depression. The team stated that the genes involved in regulating Catecol Mine – a group of hormones involved in the stress response – were associated with variation in experiences such as psychosis.
Thalia Eli, Professor of Developmental Behavioral Genetics in Kings in Kings, said, “These conclusions confirm that genes partially affect the gene psychiatry and neuro developmental symptoms, as these genes affect the response to the world around the people. Some people are more sensitive towards the world. Can make life more challenging than compared to. “
