According to Goa Police, action is being taken against club owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, who are absconding after 25 people were burnt to death in this horrific fire. The process of deporting them from Phuket to India is going on at a fast pace and Goa Police is in constant touch with the central agencies.
Court notice on anticipatory bail of Sarpanch and Secretary
At the same time, Mapusa Session Court has issued notice on the anticipatory bail petition filed by Arpora Panchayat Sarpanch Roshan Redkar and Secretary Raghuveer Bagkar.
