Gold Price Today: There is a stormy rise in gold prices in the domestic futures market on Thursday, January 29. Gold futures with expiry of February 5, 2026 opened at Rs 1,69,882 (per 10 grams) on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Thursday. On its last trading day, gold on MCX had closed trading at Rs 1,65,915.
At 10:00 am on January 29, gold with expiry of February 5 was trading at Rs 1,80,300 on MCX. Which shows an increase of about Rs 14,300 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX Gold had reached a high level of Rs 1,80,501 in early trade.
Silver with expiry of March 5, 2026 was trading at Rs 4,04,879 (per kg) on MCX. Which shows an increase of about Rs 19,500 from the previous day’s closing price.
