Gold & Silver Price Today: There is a sharp decline in gold prices in the domestic futures market on Monday, February 2. Gold futures with expiry of February 5, 2026 opened on Monday at Rs 1,39,868 (per 10 grams) on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On its last trading day, gold on MCX had closed trading at Rs 1,42,510.
At 10:00 am on February 2, gold with expiry of February 5 was trading at Rs 1,35,589 on MCX. Which shows a decline of about Rs 6,900 from the previous day’s closing price. MCX Gold had reached a high level of Rs 1,41,085 in early trade.
Silver with expiry of March 5, 2026 was trading at Rs 2,48,875 (per kg) on MCX. Which shows a decline of about Rs 16,700 from the previous day’s closing price.
