If you are looking for a government job and want to get a good salary, then the new notification of New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has brought a golden opportunity for you. The company has recruited 550 posts of Administrative Officer (AO), in which selected candidates will get salary of up to Rs 90,000 in Metro City.
There are many types of posts in this recruitment. Of these, 50 posts are for the risk manager, 75 posts for automobile engineer, 50 posts for legal specialist, 25 posts for account specialist, 50 posts for AO health, 25 posts for IT Specialist, 25 posts for Business Analyst, 2 posts for Company Secretary and 5 posts for ACCALITIS Apart from this, 193 posts have been kept for Generalists.
Qualification and age limit
To apply for these posts, you must have a degree of graduation or post graduation from any recognized university. Whether you have studied in arts, commerce or science, if you have a degree, you can apply.
The age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years. SC/ST candidates will get 5 years and OBC candidates will get 3 years discount. PWBD candidates will also be given age relaxation as per rules. Age will be based on 1 August 2025.
Salary and benefits
The selected candidates will get Rs 50,925 per month. With this, the salary can reach about Rs 90,000 in the salary metro city by mixing dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA) and other allowances. This salary is according to the 7th Pay Commission. Apart from this, medical facilities, insurance benefits and holidays will also be available.
Selection process
There will be two phases of examination for selection. The first phase-1 exam will be for screening, in which the qualifying candidates will give the Phase-2 exam. The final merit will be made on the performance of Phase-2. Your skills and subject knowledge will be examined in these exams.
Application fee will have to be paid so much
The application fee for SC/ST and PWBD category is Rs 100. The fee for all other categories is Rs 850, which will have to be deposited online.

- Then click on the “Apply Online” link on the candidate homepage.
- Fill your personal and educational information.
- After this, upload the required documents.
- Then submit the application fee online.
- Now after submitting the form, take out the printout of it.
