Maximum posts are for Junior Engineer. A total of 2747 posts will be filled in this category. Apart from this, 1114 posts of Work Inspector, 702 posts of Dental Hygienist and 91 posts of Hostel Manager have been kept.
Junior Engineer posts include civil, electrical and mechanical engineering posts. 2591 posts have been kept for Civil Engineering, 86 for Electrical Engineering and 70 for Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates will be selected for Hostel Manager Recruitment for those schools and hostels which will be working in Jannayak Karpoori Thakur Hostel and Other Backward Class Welfare Hostel. For this, candidates should have done B.Sc (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) or Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management. The age limit is 21 to 37 years and the pay scale will be as per Level-4 as per 7th Pay Commission.
For recruitment to the post of Work Inspector, candidates must have passed matriculation and have a certificate in Draftsman Civil, Surveyor or Plumber trade from a recognized ITI institute. The age limit has been kept at 18 to 37 years.
For Dental Hygienist, candidates must have passed 10+2 (with Biology subject) and 2 years Diploma in Dental Hygienist from a recognized institute. Apart from this, the name of the candidate should be registered with Bihar State Dental Council. The age limit is 18 to 37 years and the pay scale is fixed as per 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2400.
The application fee is different for different categories. The fee has been fixed at Rs 500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Rs 250 for SC/ST candidates.
The application process will be completely online. Candidates will do new registration by visiting the official website of BTSC. After that, login and fill all the necessary details in the form and upload the necessary documents. The application fee will be paid through online mode and after submitting the application, its printout will have to be kept safe.
