The Rajasthan government has given great opportunity for those youth who have studied ITI and are preparing for government jobs. A total of 2163 vacancies have been announced on the posts of Technician-III in the three major power distribution corporations of the state-Jaipur Electricity Distribution Corporation (JVVNL), Jodhpur Electricity Distribution Corporation (JDVVNL) and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL).
The application for this recruitment process had already started from 21 February and its last date was 20 March. Initially, recruitment was taken out for only 216 posts, but now the government has included the total number of vacancies to 2163, including 1947 new posts.
How many posts in which departments?
Of these 2163 posts, most of the recruitment has been taken out in Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam. After this, hundreds of posts are vacant in the corporations of Jaipur and Ajmer. Apart from this, posts will also be filled in Rajasthan State Production Corporation.
Qualification and age limit
To apply in this recruitment, the candidate should have a certificate of ITI in a trade related to a recognized institute.
Talking about age, the minimum age of the applicant has been fixed at 18 years and a maximum of 28 years. However, reserved sections will be given age relaxation as per the government’s policy.

How will the selection happen?
Candidates will be selected through a fixed process, including the first prelims exam, then the men’s exam, then the document verification and finally medical exams.
How much is the fee?
For this recruitment, candidates of general category and other state will have to pay Rs 1000, while candidates of SC, ST, EWS, OBC, MBC class will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500.

- To apply, candidates have to go to energy.rajasthan.gov.in and apply.
- Click on the link related to the recruitment on the home page. Then select the option of ‘Apply Online’.
- Fill all the necessary details by clicking on ‘New Registration’.
- Upload your documents and submit the form and submit the fee.
