A good news has emerged for the youth preparing for government jobs. National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development i.e. NABARD has started the online application process for recruitment under the Young Professional Program. Interested and eligible candidates can apply till 12 January 2026.
This recruitment is special for those youth who dream of working in banking, agriculture, rural development and related fields. According to the information released by NABARD, the application process has been kept completely online. Candidates can apply within the stipulated time by visiting the official website of NABARD, nabard.org.
Who can apply
To join this recruitment, the candidate must have graduation or post graduation degree in the relevant field or stream. Along with this, there should also be prescribed work experience. NABARD has made it clear that only those candidates should apply who fulfill all the criteria related to qualification and experience.
Talking about the age limit, considering November 1, 2025 as the basis, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years. The conditions related to age limit are very clear, hence candidates must check their age before applying.
How will the selection be done?
The selection process in NABARD Young Professional Program will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, a committee formed by the bank will screen all the applications received. During this, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience.
In the second phase, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. After the interview, the final selection list of the names of the candidates whose performance will be better will be released. Selection will be purely on the basis of merit and performance in the interview.
how much is the application fee
For this recruitment, candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 150. This fee has been fixed excluding GST. Application fee can be paid only through online mode. The thing to keep in mind is that this fee is non-refundable, that is, once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded.

To apply for this recruitment of NABARD, candidates must first go to the website ibpsreg.ibps.in/nabardoct25/. By clicking on the option of “New Registration” on the home page of the website, you will have to fill the necessary information and register.
After registration, the candidate will have to login and fill all the necessary information in the application form. Along with this, it will be necessary to upload recent photo and signature. After filling all the information correctly, the application fee will have to be deposited and the form will have to be finally submitted.
It is necessary to keep a printout
After submitting the form, candidates should take a printout of the application form and keep it safe with them. NABARD has clarified that the last date for taking print of the application has been fixed as 27 January 2026.
