This is a golden opportunity for the candidates who have completed their nursing studies to get a government job. The country’s premier medical institute, All India Institute of Ayurvedic Sciences, has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Nursing Officer. This recruitment will be done through NORCET 10 examination. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode. According to the information released by AIIMS, appointment to the posts of Nursing Officer will be done in various AIIMS institutes of the country.
Ability
Candidates applying for the post of Nursing Officer must have B.Sc., Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized university or institute. Also, the name of the candidate should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council or the concerned State Nursing Council. Candidates who have completed GNM course can also apply. However, they must have two years of work experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds. Applications without valid registration and required qualifications will not be accepted.
age limit
The minimum age for this recruitment has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age at 30 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC and other eligible categories will be provided age relaxation as per government rules.
application fee
While applying online, the application fee for general and OBC category candidates has been kept at Rs 3000, for SC, ST and EWS category the fee has been kept at Rs 2400. PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee. The fee will have to be paid through online mode only.
How much salary will you get?
Selected candidates will be given salary as per Pay Band-2. The monthly salary will be between Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800. Apart from this, other allowances will also be given as per government rules.

Selection for Nursing Officer posts will be done through NORCET 10 examination. This examination will be conducted as an online computer based test. Candidates who are successful in the examination will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list.
