This time the company has decided to give big benefits to its shareholders. The company board has approved a dividend of 1720 percent. This means that investors will get a profit of Rs 86 on every share.

The face value of the share has been fixed at Rs 5. Due to which this dividend becomes quite attractive. The company is going to spend around Rs 174 crore on this dividend payment. After the announcement of dividend, investors’ confidence in the company may increase further.

Record date is on 2nd April

The benefit of dividend will be available only to those investors who will hold shares of the company till April 2, 2026. This record date has been fixed by the company. If someone buys shares after this date then he will not get the benefit of dividend.

The company has also clarified that the dividend amount will be sent to the investors’ accounts within about 30 days after the record date.

Company’s condition in stock market

There was a rise in the company shares on BSE on the trading day of Wednesday, March 25. The shares closed at Rs 14,086.65 with a rise of 2.54 percent or Rs 349. The intraday high of the day was Rs 14,146.25. The market cap of the company is Rs 28,500.23 crore.
