On Gopalganj seat, BJP has canceled the ticket of Kusum Devi and made Zilla Parishad member Subhash Singh its candidate. Kusum Devi’s husband Subhash Singh had won from here in the 2020 elections. After his death, Kusum Devi took the seat in the by-election. This time the party has fielded Zilla Parishad member Subhash Singh from Gopalganj.
Ticket to Maithili Thakur from Alipore
Popular folk singer Maithili Thakur has been made a candidate from Alipur seat. His name was already being discussed and now BJP has officially declared him as its candidate. This time the ticket of Gyanendra Gyanu has been canceled from Barh seat. Dr. Siyaram Singh has been made the candidate in his place.
Former IPS Anand Mishra from Buxar in the field
BJP has made former IPS officer Anand Mishra its candidate for Buxar seat. He had recently joined BJP from Jansuraj Party. Kedarnath Singh has been made the candidate from Baniyapur seat. He has been in RJD and is the brother of Bahubali Prabhunath Singh. This time, Chhoti Kumari has been made the candidate for Chhapra seat by cutting CN Gupta’s ticket.
