Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released the official notification for Combined Graduate Level i.e. CGL Exam 2026. The candidates selected for these posts will be given salary as per Level-5 of the government pay matrix. Under this level, the salary can start from around Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300 per month. Salary will be fixed according to the post and department and other government allowances may also be available along with it.

Required educational qualification
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. For the post of Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III), the candidate should have Graduation Degree with Diploma in Stenography. For the post of Librarian, a graduate degree along with a degree or diploma in Library Science is required. Whereas for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC), it is necessary to have at least six months computer application diploma along with graduation degree.

The application fee is this much
The application fee has also been fixed differently according to the category. Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 150, while for general category candidates this fee has been kept at Rs 200. Whereas disabled candidates have been completely exempted from the application fee.

How will the selection happen?

The recruitment process will be completed in several phases. First of all the candidates will have to give written examination. This examination will be conducted on 31 May 2026. Multiple choice questions will be asked in the written examination. The exam will include questions related to General Knowledge, Reasoning Power and Intelligence, Mathematics and Numerical Ability and English Language. The candidates who will be successful in this examination will be called for further process. Especially the candidates applying for the post of Stenographer will also have to appear for the Stenography Proficiency Test. This examination can be conducted in the fourth week of April 2026.

By clicking on this link, the candidate will have to register by filling his basic information. After this, the application form will have to be filled carefully and necessary documents and photographs will have to be uploaded. Finally the form can be submitted by paying the online application fee. Candidates have been advised to download and keep a copy of the form after submitting it.
