Digital address id: The Government of India brought a person ‘Aadhaar’ for his special identity. After this, UPI was brought for digital payments. Now the government is considering another new step. The government wants every person to have a digital ID. With this, someone’s house or its location can be found out with better accuracy and quickly. Especially in the case of government services, the government has started to feel like this. For this, the government now wants to bring people to know about India’s digital public infrastructure matrix. So far there is no such system, so that someone in the country can be traced in this way.
Government can bring bills
This system is being prepared by the Department of Posts and there will be a direct monitoring of the Prime Minister’s Office on it. A draft version will be shared soon for the suggestion of common people and the final version is expected to come by the end of this year. Also, a law can also be passed during the winter session from Parliament, so that a new authority is established to see the digital address system.
There have been many such cases when companies share the data of the address of the people without its consent. But by taking steps to apply a brake on this, the government wants to ensure that the information of its address without the consent of the front should not be shared with anyone further. The importance of the right address increases the most when someone is shopping online or courier service and food delivery.
Digital id will be safe
But, there is a problem in these things that many people are unable to write clearly and clear. Many times they leave a landmark nearby while writing the address. In such a situation, there is a lot of delay in reaching that place. According to a study, due to confusion in the address, the country costs about 10 to 14 billion every year, which is about 0.5 percent of the country’s GDP.
According to reports, a blueprint for digital address is being prepared. There will be a standard to share and write the address. With this, any digital platform will get its address. But, for this the person’s permission will be necessary and it will be completely safe.
