The state government headed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Uttar Pradesh has announced compensation to the families of the residents of the state who lost their lives in Landslide in Jammu and Kashmir. Along with this, the government has instructed the officials concerned that arrangements should be made to bring the body of those killed in the accident from Jammu and Kashmir to UP. The UP Chief Minister’s office said in a statement that CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of those killed in the natural disaster during the Vaishno Devi Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir. The Chief Minister has given instructions to provide financial assistance of Rs 4-4 lakh to the families of all the dead of Uttar Pradesh. The Chief Minister has also instructed the officials to make arrangements to send the dead bodies of the deceased to their homes.
