National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development i.e. NABARD has announced a big recruitment for professionals looking for jobs. The bank has issued notifications for a total of 17 recruitments on different specialist posts. The special thing is that this recruitment will be done on contract basis, in which there will be good salary and opportunity to work for a long time. Recruitment has been done for which posts?
Under this recruitment drive, NABARD has included different technical and management related posts. Among these, the important posts are related to risk management, data analytics, finance, IT, startup and agriculture.
2 posts of Additional Chief Risk Manager, 7 posts of Risk Manager (Credit, Market, Operational and Data Analytics), special posts like Producer Organization Manager, Geographical Indication Manager and Incubation Center Manager are also included. Apart from this, there will also be recruitment on posts like Financial Analyst, Data Scientist, Project Manager and Senior Statistical Analyst.

Out of total 17 posts, 16 posts have been kept for General category, while 1 post is reserved for OBC category. Other reserved categories will be given age relaxation in this recruitment.
What should be the educational qualification?
NABARD has fixed different educational qualifications for each post. For the post of Additional Chief Risk Manager, the candidate must be a graduate or post graduate. Along with this, there should be at least 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
Whereas for Risk Manager and other related posts, a degree like Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or MBA with 5 years of experience has been sought. Candidates with engineering degree can also apply for some posts.
What is the age limit fixed?
For this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate has been kept at 28 years and maximum age has been kept at 62 years. Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per government rules.
how much salary
The biggest feature of this NABARD recruitment is its salary. According to the post, the selected candidates will be given salary ranging from Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 3.85 lakh per month.
How will the selection process happen?
Selection on these posts will be done on the basis of direct interview. That means candidates will not have to appear in any written examination. The candidate’s qualification, experience and understanding of the subject will be tested in the interview.

To apply, candidates of General, OBC and other categories will have to pay a fee of Rs 850. Whereas the application fee for SC, ST and disabled candidates has been kept at Rs 150.
