There is good news for the youth preparing for government jobs. AIIMS Gorakhpur has issued recruitment notification for various posts. Qualified candidates will be appointed to a total of 69 posts. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of AIIMS Gorakhpur, aiimsgorakhpur.edu.in.
Under this recruitment, posts will be filled in many departments. These include posts like Tutor or Clinical Instructor, Assistant Administrative Officer, Junior Account Officer, Store Keeper, Junior Physiotherapist, Technical Assistant (ENT), Optometrist, Technician (Radiology), Technician (Radiotherapy), Operation Theater Assistant, Junior Medical Lab Technologist, Pharmacist, Medical Record Technician and Mortuary Attendant. Including all these, recruitment will be done on a total of 69 posts.
Educational qualification
Candidates applying for these posts should have degree or diploma in B.Sc Nursing, Graduation, B.Com, BA, B.Sc Radiography or Radiotherapy, B.Sc Ophthalmic Technique, Diploma in Pharmacy or related field from a recognized university. 10th or 12th pass candidates can also apply for some posts. The eligibility criteria for each post is different, hence candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying.
age limit
The minimum age limit for AIIMS Gorakhpur Recruitment 2025 has been kept at 18 years, while the maximum age limit is set at 50 years. According to government rules, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit.
application fee
For this recruitment, general and OBC category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1770. Whereas for SC, ST and EWS category candidates the application fee has been fixed at Rs 1416. Fees will have to be paid through online mode.
selection process
The selection of candidates for AIIMS Gorakhpur recruitment will be done in two phases. There will be written examination in the first phase and document verification will be done in the second phase. Candidates successful in the written examination will be called for document verification.
exam pattern
There will be a total of 100 questions in the AIIMS Gorakhpur recruitment exam, for which 400 marks have been allotted. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes. There will be two sections in the paper. The first section will be related to General Knowledge, Aptitude and Computer Knowledge, which will have 20 questions carrying 80 marks. The second section will be of domain knowledge (questions related to the related field), which will have 80 questions and it will be of 320 marks.
cutoff marks
AIIMS Gorakhpur has also released the category wise minimum cutoff for the examination. The minimum cutoff has been fixed at 40% for unreserved and EWS categories, 35% for OBC and 30% for SC-ST candidates.
