Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced a big recruitment for experienced and professional candidates. The company has invited applications for appointments to important posts like Senior Subject Expert, Subject Expert, Assistant Subject Expert and Medical Professional. The special thing is that there will be no written examination in this recruitment. Candidates will be selected on the basis of direct interview. In such a situation, this is being considered a good opportunity for experts who have been working in their field for a long time.
HCL is a well-known public sector company of the country, which works in the field of copper production and mining. From time to time the company has been adding experienced people as consultants and experts. This time also the purpose of recruitment is to strengthen the company in matters related to technology, environment, language and health.
Which posts will be recruited
According to the information released by the company, a total of 7 posts will be appointed. In this, 2 posts of Senior Subject Expert have been kept for Mining and Environment sector. This includes 1 post of Subject Expert for Mining, 1 post of Associate Subject Expert for Geology and 1 post of Assistant Subject Expert for Official Language i.e. Hindi. Apart from this, the company has also fixed one post each for Medical Professional (MBBS) and M&HS i.e. MD Medicine.
Qualification and experience conditions
Qualification and experience have been decided separately for each post. For Senior Subject Expert (Mining), the candidate should have B.Tech degree in Mining Engineering. Along with this, about 40 years of experience is necessary in this field. For Senior Subject Expert (Environment), post graduation in engineering or technology and at least 3 years of experience has been sought.
For Subject Expert (Mining) also, B.Tech in Mining Engineering is necessary and should have about 35 years of experience. For the post of Associate Subject Expert in Geology, degree and long experience in the relevant subject is also considered necessary. For the post of Assistant Subject Expert in Official Language i.e. Hindi, the candidate should have a Master’s degree in Hindi, which also includes English subject. With this, approximately 30 years of experience is required.
For the post of medical professional, MBBS degree is required and at least 20 years of experience is required. Candidates having MD or MS medicine degree can also apply for this recruitment. The maximum age limit for all these posts has been kept at 70 years. That means retired or near retirement professionals can also take advantage of this opportunity.
Salary and facilities
Monthly salary has not been fixed in this recruitment. Candidates will be paid on per visit basis. A total of 16 visits have been scheduled in a month for Senior, Associate and Assistant Subject Experts. Payment will range from Rs 3,500 to Rs 6,250 for each visit. In this way the monthly earning can be up to Rs 1 lakh.
Apart from this, the facility of hotel stay, rail travel expenses and daily allowance i.e. DA will also be provided by the company. Medical professionals (MBBS) will get paid Rs 3,500 per visit and those with MD or MS degree will get paid Rs 4,750 per visit. Besides, they will also be given a separate DA of Rs 800 per day.
