Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has extended the last date for apprenticeship recruitment. Now candidates can apply online till 17 November 2025. Earlier this date was fixed as 6th November, but to give more time to the youth, ONGC has extended it by 11 days. Under this recruitment drive, qualified candidates will be appointed to a total of 2,743 apprentice posts.
Candidates applying for this recruitment must have 10th or 12th pass certificate from a recognized board or university. Apart from this, candidates with ITI, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA or B.Tech degree can also apply.
age limit
The age of the candidates will be calculated as on 6th November 2025. The minimum age to apply has been kept at 18 years and maximum age at 24 years. However, reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per government rules. SC/ST will be given relaxation of 5 years, OBC will be given 3 years, and disabled candidates will be given 10 years.
how much will be the stipend
Candidates selected in this apprenticeship of ONGC will get attractive stipend every month. This amount is different for different posts. Graduate Apprentice will be given a stipend of Rs 12,300 per month, Diploma Apprentice will be given Rs 10,900 per month, Trade Apprentice (10th/12th pass) will be given Rs 8,200 per month, One Year ITI Apprentice will be given Rs 9,600 per month and Two Year ITI Apprentice will be given Rs 10,560 per month.

How to apply?
To apply, candidates must first visit the official website apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Click on “Apprenticeship Registration” link given on the homepage. After this fill the required information like name, date of birth, educational qualification etc. Now, if fees are applicable, pay the same and check all the information carefully before submitting the form. After submitting the form, do not forget to take a printout of it, so that there is no problem in future.
