Complaint Against Hardik Pandya: Indian cricket team’s star all-round Hardik Pandya seems to be in trouble. Team India won the 2026 T20 World Cup title last Sunday (08 March) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. After this victory, Hardik was seen dancing on the field with girlfriend Mahika Sharma. During the celebration, Hardik was seen with the tricolor wrapped around his back. Due to this action, now Hardik may have to face difficulties.
Actually, Wajid Khan, a lawyer from Pune, has filed a police complaint against Hardik for insulting the tricolor. The lawyer himself has informed about filing the complaint. So let us know what the whole matter is.

Speaking to news agency ANI, lawyer Wajid Khan said, “You must have seen the T20 World Cup. Hardik Pandya was dancing with his girlfriend while celebrating the victory. The national flag was tied on his back. According to Section 2 of the National Flag Act of 1971, we should respect the dignity of the national flag. However, Hardik was so lost in his celebration that he lay down with his girlfriend wearing the national flag. I believe that This is an insult to the national flag.”

Complaint filed against Hardik
The lawyer further said, “I have lodged a complaint at Shivaji Nagar police station. When I went to lodge the complaint, they told me that the incident happened there and not here. I told them that the national flag is the symbol of the entire country and we can lodge a complaint at Shivaji Nagar police station. They lodged my complaint and gave me a copy. Let’s see what happens next, I have lodged a complaint.”
