Bollywood actor and comedian Rajpal Yadav has been in the headlines for several days regarding his check bounce case. After being in jail for a few days, he was released in the hearing on 16 February only after paying about Rs 1.5 crore. He had sought bail citing the marriage to be held in the family on February 19. A few days after coming out of jail, Rajpal reached his village in Uttar Pradesh, where he was seen dancing and happy at his niece’s wedding.

Rajpal thanked his fans

In a recent interview, he thanked his fans and the film industry wholeheartedly. He specifically took the name of Salman Khan. Rajpal told that in difficult times the support of the industry and his fans means a lot to him. He came to Mumbai in 1997 and his career will complete 30 years in 2027. He has received so much love that just saying thank you seems less. When people around the world smile at him, he also smiles with them. He has entertained people by playing hundreds of characters in theatre, film and TV and this is his biggest reward.

Wife Radha supported

He further said that after coming out of jail, his wife Radha told him how many people had called and sent messages. He has not even looked at his phone properly yet, but he is grateful to everyone. Rajpal praised his wife profusely and said that in his 23 years of married life, his wife always stood firmly by him. From raising children to managing the house, she performed every responsibility.

Next hearing will be held on March 18

Apart from this, he also mentioned about actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui that during the days of struggle, many actors used to sit together, eat food and laugh and talk. The respect that Nawazuddin gave him shows his big thinking. Let us tell you, the court has ordered Rajpal to surrender his passport and not to leave the country without permission and the next hearing will be held on March 18. Rajpal will soon hold a press conference and clarify his views on the entire matter with the legal team.
