Cervical Pain Relief Exercises : Cervical pen means neck pain, a problem that has become very common nowadays. This pain can be caused by laptop, excessive use of mobiles, gold or physically active in wrong position. Cervical pen can cause pain and tingling not only in the neck but also in the head, shoulders and hands. But the good thing is that to get rid of it, you do not need expensive treatment or medicines.

You can get relief from this pain by doing some easy and effective exercises. Let’s know about 5 such exercises which can help in removing cervical pen.

1. Neck Rotation Exercise

Neck rotation exercise is extremely effective in reducing neck pain. This makes all parts of your neck flexible by rotating in the right direction.

How to do

Sit straight and leave your shoulders loose.

Slowly rotate your neck right and then left.

Do this exercise 5-10 times in every direction.

Initially do slow and relaxed, so that there is no pain.

2. neck tilt exercise

It makes the neck flexion and extension flaxable the hips and backs of the neck and reduces the cervical pen.

How to do

Sit straight and keep your back straight.

Gently tilt your neck downwards and apply the chin to the chest.

Then pull your neck upwards, the more comfortable it looks.

Do this process 5-10 times, gradually increase the speed.

3. Shoulder Rolling

There are very deep connections between the shoulder and the neck. With the shoulder rolls, you can relax the neck as well as the shoulder muscles, which reduces the pain.

How to do

Stand straight or sit.

Raise your shoulders upwards, then rotate backwards and leave it down.

Do this process 10-15 times, then try to rotate this exercise towards the front.

4. Side Neck Statch

It is beneficial for pulling the muscles of the side part of the neck and making them flexible.

How to do

Sit straight and leave your shoulders loose.

Holding your neck lightly with one hand, slowly tilt it in one direction.

Stay in that position for 10-15 seconds and then slowly do the same on the other side.

5. Collarbone Lift

Clavical lift is very effective for reducing exercise shoulders and neck pain. It strengthens the neck muscles and reduces pain.

How to do

Sit straight and keep your shoulders comfortably.

Pushing your chest outwards, pull your shoulders slowly backwards.

Stay in this position for a few seconds and then slowly bring back the shoulders.

Repeat this process 10 times.

Some important tips to avoid cervical pen

Always try to sit in the right position and stand up. This reduces the risk of cervical pen.

If you work for a long time, get up every 30 minutes and stretch for a while.
