Rising temperature, unbalanced weather and pollution are not only affecting the environment, but are also having a serious impact on our health. Because the cases related to heart are increasing rapidly in the country. In such a situation, climate change can increase the risk of heart related diseases. Due to the climate change, the temperature is increasing, even on the summer days, the danger is becoming more serious.

2. Wear masks while getting out of the house and avoid high pollution places.

4. Exercise regularly, so that the heart remains strong but avoid more hard -working workouts in the heat.

5. Reduce stress through yoga, meditation and music, so that the heart remains healthy.
