How to save yourself
1. Take a deep breath and stop. Count and leave the breath, it can normalize heartbeat.
2. Drink cold water. This can cause body temperature and heart rate control.
3. Stress is the biggest reason for increasing heart rate. To avoid this, do yoga and meditation.
4. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks, they increase the speed of the heart.
5. If there is a continuous strong heartbeat, then get a medical examination done without delay, contact the doctor.
