What is cholesterol
Cholesterol is a kind of fat (FAT) found in every cell of our body. This is essential for the body because it makes some essential hormones, vitamin D and digestive substances, but if its balance deteriorates, it can become a major cause of heart diseases. There are two main types of cholesterol. LDL (low-density lipoprotein) called bad cholesterol.
If it becomes more, then blood vessels can become deposited, which increases the risk of heart attack or stroke. The second HDL (high-density lipoprotein), which is called jaggery cholesterol. It removes the bad cholesterol from the blood to the liver, which helps in keeping the heart safe.
