Easy way to make jimikand curry
1. To make Jimikand Curry, first of all wash the jimikand thoroughly and cut off the peel and cut it into small pieces. Now boil water in a vessel and add gymnastic, some salt and lemon juice to it. Boil the gimmick for 10 to 15 minutes so that it becomes soft and then remove the water and keep the pieces separate.
2. Now heat a little oil in a pan and put pieces of boiled gymnastic and fry it till it becomes a light golden brown. Keep in mind that there is not much fry, just to make a light crisp.
3. After this, heat a little mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add turmeric, red chili and coriander powder and mix the spices well. After this, add onion paste and cook it till it turns golden brown and then add tomatoes and fry the spices till the oil is separated.
4. Now add salt and garam masala to it, then add half a cup of water and let it cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes so that the gravy becomes thick.
5. At the same time, put pieces of fryed gimmicks in the gravy and mix all the things well and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes so that all the tests are mixed together.
6. Now your gymnastic curry is ready. Garnish it by adding finely chopped coriander and serve with hot paratha, pratha or cumin rice.
