A helicopter crashed and caught fire near the airport on Saturday (September 6) near the airport in the Tawin Cities area of Minnesota, USA. Officials have confirmed that all the people in the accident have lost their lives. The crashed helicopter has been identified as Robinson R66. It crashed to the west of the Airlake Airport. The incident took place around 2:45 pm local time.
According to the report of the New York Post, the emergency personnel who reached the spot saw that the helicopter was completely burning in the fire. No passengers aboard the accident were alive. The police and fire brigade team immediately reached the spot and started rescue work. Officials have fully gathered to investigate the helicopter and find out the cause of the accident. It is not clear how many people were riding in the helicopter. According to the police, the site of the accident is in non-residential and non-commercial areas and no indication was found on the ground.
