Preparations for political parties for the assembly elections to be held in Bihar (2025) this year have intensified. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is in Bihar today. He is scheduled to program in Dehri Onasone and Begusarai. Meanwhile, Nitish Kumar met Amit Shah in Patna. Along with elections, seat sharing etc. was also discussed. On the other hand, the biggest question is that how many seats will the parties involved in the NDA get this time?

This time Manjhi can get 6-7 seats

Bihar has 243 assembly seats. NDA has five parties BJP, Janata Dal United, LJP Ram Vilas, Hindustani Awam Morcha and Rashtriya Lok Morcha in Bihar. If sources are to be believed, the latest figure is coming out, according to it, JDU out of 243 in Bihar can contest 102-103, BJP-101-102, LJP Ram Vilas 25-28, Ham-6-7 and RLM 4-5 seats.

Amit Shah and Nitish Kumar met for about 20 minutes in a closed room. Meanwhile, the said formula of seat sharing in NDA has come out from sources. There is a possibility of seat distribution regarding the assembly elections on the 2024 Lok Sabha election formula. BJP 17, JDU 16, LJP Ram Vilas contested five seats, Hindustani Awam Morcha (Hum) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) each.

How many seats were there in 2020?

Talking about the 2020 Bihar assembly elections, JDU had 122 seats in his account. Out of this, the party gave seven seats to the Hindustani Awam Morcha. BJP quota had 121 seats. The BJP gave 11 seats of its quota to a developing human party. If seen, JDU fought 115 seats, BJP in 110 seats in the 2020 Bihar assembly elections. BJP candidates won 74 seats. 43 candidates of Janata Dal United had won the election.
