Hero gets more options than heroine
Talking about the gender discrimination, which has been rooted deeply in the film industry, he said, “As soon as a boy gives a hit film, whether inside or outside, he gets five new options immediately. But women have to struggle.
I have been saying this since the time of Pyaar Ka Panchnama (2011). Getting ahead for a girl and gaining those options … I am not saying that she has to become an overnight sensation or something … What does an actor want after his film being a hit? Get some options for future possible projects, of which he could choose. That is all. They just need opportunities. We do not get as many options as we have. “
Economy class seated in flight
Nusrat also told about playing a small role in a film. He was placed in an economy class in a flight with technicians. He told that he refused despite getting invited to sit in business class. He thought that one day she would play a big role and the production house will make him sit in a business class. And finally this happened.
