Allahabad High Court has banned the merger of schools in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. While hearing the matter, Chief Justice ARun Bhansali and Jaspreet Singh have approved the special appeal for the next date to the petitioner of Sitapur to the petitioner of Sitapur.
Let us tell you that the petitioner was disappointed in the hearing held here in the bench of a single judge. Recently, two petitions were rejected against the merger decision, after which a special appeal was filed. A special appeal was placed before the two judges on behalf of the petitioner.
Ban on the merger of schools in the district till further orders
Chief Justices Arun Bhansali and Jaspreet Singh have ordered the petitioner of Sitapur to maintain the relief school as soon as possible. The next date of this special appeal has been approved for August 21. That is, the schools of Sitapur will not be merged till the next hearing.
This order will be applicable for Sitapur’s school only
Please tell that there was an appeal for the children of Sitapur, so after the hearing, the order of the school which is the case will be applicable for the same school. The court has given a stay after hearing Sitapur’s petition. The court said that the school will not be merged till the advance order from now on. The government has to file the counter, after that the children of the children will put their answers. The next hearing will be held on August 21.
What did the petitioner’s advocate say?
In the case of merger of primary schools, the stay of the High Court will be applicable only to Sitapur district. Dr LP Mishra, the petitioner’s lawyer, says that the entire episode was from Sitapur, so the stay has been done only for Sitapur.
