High Heels Rules: It is difficult to wear heels above 2 inches in this city, government permission has to be taken

This rule applies in the city of Carmel-Bai-C-C in California, USA. This rule was implemented in 1963 and behind it is the reasons for the city’s safety and structure.

Carmel is a small, beautiful coastal city, with old houses, narrow streets and walks of walking. The trees, Cyprus and Montere pine here grow over time and their roots make the pavement and foot route bumpy.
