The family members politely asked the women to raise the middle berth so that the children could sit down comfortably, but the woman did not like this at all. The family tried several times to talk peacefully and said that the children were having trouble sitting, so the middle berth should be moved up, but the woman and her daughter refused to listen to them. It is said that after this both of them started arguing loudly and allegedly also started abusing. The situation worsened when the matter reached a scuffle. Other passengers present in the compartment were also surprised to see this dispute. The women said that they did not feel safe with the family sitting nearby, so they did not want anyone to sit near them. There was tension between the two sides regarding this matter for a long time.

When the matter escalated and there was noise in the train compartment, the passengers informed the ticket checking staff of the Railways. After this TT was called to the spot. After TT’s arrival, efforts were made to calm the situation. However, the controversy had increased so much that the matter was not limited to just explaining. Later it was told that the women also lodged a complaint i.e. FIR with the police regarding this matter.
