Himachal cabinet meeting sukhvinder singh sukhu approved Increase stipend of Multitask Workers Ann

Himachal cabinet meeting: Several important decisions were taken at the meeting of the State Cabinet held in Shimla on Saturday under the chairmanship of Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. The state cabinet approved the posts of Level-11 pay scale from Group-B to Group-C.

Under this decision, now only Bonafide (permanent/original) Himachali will be eligible to apply for Group-C posts. Earlier, these posts under the Group-B category were recruited through Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, and candidates from all over the country could apply for these posts. Now their recruitment process will be done through Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission under the rules of Group-C.

The state cabinet approved the monthly honorarium of about 5000 multi -task workers (multi -working employees) of the Public Works Department to increase from Rs 5000 to Rs 5500.

The state cabinet decided to launch milk incentive scheme for farmers supplying milk to non-government milk cooperative societies. Under this, milk producers will be given Rs 3 per liter subsidy (subsidy) through Direct Benefit Transfer/Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

In the cabinet meeting, approval was given to transfer Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) to Dharamshala from Shimla. This decision has been taken in view of Kangra being declared as the tourism capital of Himachal Pradesh. This decision will help reduce the crowd pressure on Shimla city.

In the meeting, the police lines of the district police, Dehra were approved to create and fill 101 posts of various categories.
The state government has approved the providing interest subsidy to establish solar power projects with a view to encourage self -employment and reduce dependence on traditional energy sources.

The state cabinet approved the signing of a MoU (MoU) for the establishment of solar power plants of 500 kW capacity in 100 panchayats between the selected gram panchayats and selected gram panchayats. Each project is expected to have a monthly income of about Rs 25 lakh.

The cabinet has decided to set up panchayat emergency response centers in 3645 panchayats of the state to ensure quick and effective response to protect human life and assets in the event of natural disasters.
