Kullu accident: CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has expressed deep grief over the death of six people due to landslide and tree falling near Gurdwara Manikarna Sahib in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Also wished the injured to recover soon.
Three people have been injured in this incident. The Chief Minister expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families and prayed to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, for giving peace to the departed souls and for the early health benefits of the injured. The Chief Minister has instructed the district administration Kullu to ensure immediate relief work at the scene.

The Chief Minister said that the injured should be given excellent treatment and all possible assistance. Please tell that as soon as the information of the accident was received, SDM Coolu Vikas Shukla left for the spot. Eyewitnesses said that a tree collapsed near the road in front of Manikarna Gurudwara, which was hit by a street vendor, a sumo rider and three tourists standing there. Six people have died in the accident.
It is feared that due to landslides, trees fell from the mountain with root and a huge amount of debris also came down, due to which this accident has happened. The administration has started trying to safely evacuate people as soon as possible.
Sundar Singh Thakur, MLA of Kullu, said that people were injured when a hollow tree fell near Manikarn Gurdwara in Kullu. Four people are outside the injured and two are local. Initially, it can be said that the hollow tree has fallen from a lot of height. Because of this, people who put a street vendor have also been injured. He said that the people of the administration are present at the scene.
