Hpas officers transfer: The Himachal Pradesh government has made a major administrative reshuffle on Sunday. Sukhu government has transferred 24 HPAS officers simultaneously. The office of Chief Secretary Himachal Pradesh Prabodh Saxena has issued its notification. The state government has appointed HPAS officer of 2007 batch Naresh Thakur as Director (Personal and Finance) of Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation. He was earlier taking charge of the Secretary of the State Transport Authority and the Additional Commissioner of Transport.
Nishant Thakur of 2010 batch has been installed as Additional Secretary Revenue-DMC. He will also take over the additional charge of the project director of the Program Management Unit. While Dr. Jitendra Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Khadi and Village Industries Board.
The government has appointed Gyan Sagar Negi of 2011 batch as Registrar of Himachal Pradesh University. Dr. Sonia Thakur is appointed as Additional Director of Rural Development, while 2012 batch HPAS officer Jagan Thakur has been appointed as Managing Director of Himfed.
At the same time, Shashi Pal Negi of 2013 batch has been made the Registrar of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University, Mandi. He will replace Dr. Madan Kumar, who was still holding additional charge of the said post. HAS officer Sunayna Sharma has been made Assistant Commissioner from Kullu to Mandi Division. HAS Ram Prasad has been appointed Additional Commissioner from Kangra to Hamirpur Municipal Corporation.
HAS Officer Chetna Khadwal has been appointed as Secretary, Vikas Shukla in the State Information Commission from Kullu to SDM of Sujanpur while Dr. Bhavna has been appointed as Additional Director in Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, Minorities and Special Qualified Empowerment Department.
SDM Pankaj Sharma has been replaced from Banjar to SDM of Kafota (Sirmaur). Harsh Amarendra Singh has been appointed SDM in Shimla, Sanjay Kumar has been appointed as Assistant Business Officer in Shimla and Pradeep Kumar as Assistant Between Kangra. While in place of Pankaj Sharma, Nishant Tomar has been appointed as SDM of Banjar from Rampur.
Sankalp Gautam of Lahul Spiti has now been appointed SDM of Baijnath and Devi Chand has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner of Deputy Commissioner in Shimla from Baijnath. Manoj Kumar has been transferred from Udaipur of Lahaul-Spiti and has been appointed Joint Commissioner of Una Municipal Corporation. Dr. Sanjay Bhagwati (HPAS 2022) has been made Joint Director in Urban Development Department as District Tourism Development Officer of Shimla.
Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed Deputy Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office as SDM of Bharmour in Chamba district. Elisha Chauhan has been made the SDM of Udaipur in Lahaul-Spiti district.
Jagdish Sharma will be District Tourism Development Officer Shimla. Both Alisha Chauhan and Jagdish Sharma were waiting for the posting. Additional Secretary, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Harish Gajju has been given the additional responsibility of Managing Director Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Rural Development Bank. The Sukhu government has issued a notification for the transparen and appointment of all these officers.
