Lieutenant Vinay Narwal Wife Himanshi: Himanshi Narwal, wife of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, a navy’s lieutenant Vinay Narwal, was being trolled on social media for a statement. Actually, while talking to the media, Himanshi Narwal advised not to hate all Muslims and Kashmiris. He demanded peace and justice. After his statement, some users trolled him on social media. Some users were seen trolling him, while some users came in his favor.
Now taking cognizance of this matter, the National Commission for Women (NCW) described it as unfortunate. Posting on the social media platform ‘X’, the National Commission for Women, wrote, “Many citizens of the country were killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In this attack, he was shot dead by asking Lieutenant Vinay Narwal to Lieutenant Vinay Narwal in this attack. The whole country is hurt and angry with this terrorist attack.”
Trolling Himanshi is condemnable and unfortunate- Women’s Commission
The post further wrote, “After the death of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, the way his wife Himanshi Narwal is being targeted on social media in the context of a statement is extremely condemnable and unfortunate.” The Commission wrote in the post, “Trolling a woman’s ideological expression or personal life is not acceptable in any form. Any kind of consent or disagreement should always be expressed within decency and constitutional dignities.”
The Commission wrote, “The National Commission for Women is committed to protecting every woman’s dignity and honor.” National Chairman of the National Commission for Women and BJP’s National General Secretary Vijaya Rahatkar described Himanshi Narwal’s criticism on social media as unfortunate, saying, “Perhaps their response would not have been good for the angry people. But any kind of consent or disagreement should always be expressed within the dignity and constitutional dignity.”
