Finnish company HMD is preparing to launch a special phone for children. For this, HMD has partnered with Xplora, a Norwegian company that makes children’s smartwatches. Both the companies will together launch HMD XploraOne phone. This phone, especially for children, will have basic features like calling and messaging. Let us tell you that about two months ago, HMD launched a hybrid smartphone named Touch 4G. Now she is going to bring another interesting phone.

XploraOne is being prepared on the same concept as Touch 4G, but it will be kept kid-friendly. Its design is also going to be same as Touch 4G. Its design shows that it will have a compact touchscreen, home button on the front, front and rear cameras and power and volume buttons along with a SIM slot on the left hand side. Along with an additional button, a 3.5mm headphone jack will be provided on the top side.
Features leaked
The company has not yet given information about the specifications of this phone, but a tipster has leaked the features related to it. According to the leak, this phone with calling and text support will have a 3.2 inch QVGA IPS display and will be provided with Unisoc T127 chipset. This phone can have a 2,000mAh battery, which will come with USB Type-C charging support. It can get 64MB RAM and 128MB storage. Other features may include Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, FM radio etc.
Location tracking will also be available
Parental controls have been provided in this phone and parents can also track the location of the child with its help. There is also an option to add, remove and block contacts. The company has listed it on its website, but has not given the price information yet.
