2. Now add 6 teaspoons of sugar to it. It should be normal white sugar.

3. After this add 1 teaspoon salt to it.

4. Now mix this solution well, until sugar and salt dissolve completely.

5. Do not drink this solution in maximum amount, otherwise the stomach may look heavy. Also, drink small amounts according to the need throughout the day.

1. Drink homemade Ors in case of repeated vomiting or diarrhea.
