Mithi river scam: ‘Housefull 5’ actor Dino Moriya and her brother have recently been questioned by the Mumbai Police’s Economic Offenses Branch (EOW) in the Mithi River scam case of Rs 65 crore. Why is Dino Moriya questioned in the sweet river scam case?
Please tell that EOW arrested Ketan Kadam in the sweet river cleaning case and he is the alleged main accused in this case. Actor Dino Moriya and Ketan Kadam recognize each other for almost two decades. Dino Moriya’s brother Sentino Moriya and Ketan Kadam’s wife Yubo Rides are directors in a company. This company was earlier a food company but later took over the work of a buggy running near the Gate Way of India in Mumbai and this buggy was done by the then Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in the year 2021.
- During the investigation, EOW revealed that Ketan Kadam had transferred more than 14 lakhs to actor Dino Moriya to his private bank account.
- After that Dino Moriya sent a few lakh rupees to the Yubo Rides
- EOW suspects that Ketan sent the amount of Prose of Crime earned in the alleged scam case in the sweet river cleaning to Dino Moriya.
- On this without this, Eow asked Dino Moriya and Ketan Kadam asked why he transferred this money to him.
- Responding to which Dino Moriya said that Ketan gave him this money as a friendly loan.
- When EOW asked why did not return these money, Deeno replied that Ketan did not ask for money from him and we will see whether we have to give it or not.
- After this, Eow asked Dino that if you took this money as a friendly loan, then why transfer those money to UBO rides.
Dino Moriya may be interrogated for the third time
Please tell that the police is not being satisfied with Dino Moriya’s reply and that is why they can be questioned for the third time. Let us tell you that the EOW of Mumbai Police has questioned Dinu twice and now the ED is also raiding his house in this case.
