Fitness trainer Yogesh Bhateja, who trended many Bollywood celebrities like Farah Khan, Kangana Ranaut and Sonu Sood, said that the journey to lose weight of Kapil was not easy. But through Discipline lifestyle, smart manner and 21-21-21 rule, his habits gave him a new look and inspired to reduce extra weight.

Yogesh started training Kapil at home in which he used basic tools like resistance band and Yoga Matt. Later, gym tools also joined his fitness journey. Talking about the first day of his training, Yogesh said, “The story of the first day is really fun. I asked him to do stretching, and because he had not shaken his body for a long time, so even simple activities like rotating the hands, turning the body and touching the toes were also unconfirmed. It was realized that there was no toughness of his body, there was no discipline to eat and drink, and there was a lot of swelling in his body. “


Kapil’s weight was very challenging
Yogesh said that Kapil’s busy lifestyle had made the situation even more challenging for him. He said, “Since Kapil was the main, he was more responsible for him. He was lacking sleep, he had no definite pattern of food, and he used to eat it. There was no discipline. It took me a lot of time to keep some coordination in his lifestyle, with his manager and team.”

Yogesh made some changes in Kapil Sharma’s diet. He has advised them to eat more fish and described it as “a great source of protein which helps in controlling calories.” A good amount of vegetables were also included in Kapil Sharma’s food.
