Parineeti said that mental health and meditation are very important for her now. He believes that positive thinking also keeps the body strong. While talking about her habit of staying away from the phone in the morning, Parineeti mentioned a habit of many people. He said that most people start their morning by checking their phones, but they feel that it is harmful. He said, “The worst habit is that they start scrolling the phone as soon as they wake up. This almost makes your brain numb. And your whole day can be spoiled.” She told that she does not touch the phone after waking up. Instead, she gives herself some quiet time. He further said, “If you wake up in the morning, ignore your phone, get bored for an hour, sit, listen to music, go out into nature and listen to the birds, it helps you stay calm.”
