After this there are 37 schools in Saudi Arabia. There are 26 CBSE schools in Kuwait, 21 in Oman and 19 in Qatar. Whereas in Bahrain, a total of 8 schools are affiliated to CBSE board.

In an official circular issued by CBSE, it has been said that the examinations scheduled for March 2, 2026 in some countries of the Middle East have been postponed for the time being. The countries where this decision will be implemented include Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The board has clarified that this step has been taken as a precautionary measure in view of the current situation in these countries. However, the examinations have not been cancelled, but only postponed.
