Somewhere there is talk of giving 1500 to women and somewhere to give 2500. In such a situation, the Election Commission of India implements some rules and laws during every election which is called Model Code of Conduct. You may have often heard the word code of conduct at the time of election, but have ever thought what is this code of conduct and when it applies. So let us tell you today that according to the guidelines of the Election Commission, when the code of conduct seems to be and how many days after that, voting starts.

The Election Commission of India can implement the code of conduct. The code of conduct is the code of conduct to ensure that there is equality between all political parties and no discrimination of any kind. Apart from this, it is also seen that many times political parties use government resources for their benefits in campaigning and in many things. In such a situation, these resources are not misused, this is the purpose of the code of conduct.

Rules of code of conduct
It is very important to follow certain rules during the code of conduct. If not, the election commission can immediately take action against that party or candidate. These rules are as follows:
1. No leader or party can use government money for any work during election.
2. No leader or party can use government vehicles or bungalows for election campaign.
3. After the implementation of the code of conduct, no party can announce any new schemes.
4. During this time, permission has to be obtained from the police for election rallies or meetings.
5. As soon as the code of conduct starts, it is also forbidden to ask for votes on the basis of religion or caste.

When does the code of conduct seem
The time to implement the code of conduct decides the election commission.
1. Announcement of election date: On the day the Election Commission announces the date of elections, the code of conduct also comes into force.
2. End of election process The code of conduct remains in force until the election and vote counting is completed. After this, as soon as the result of the election is announced, the code of conduct is removed.

Apart from this, there is no fixed answer to how many days after the code of conduct comes into force, because voting often starts 3-6 weeks after this announcement. But sometimes it takes more time.
