Which is fixed from the monthly basic pay of about 35400 rupees. Apart from this, grade pay, dearness allowance i.e. DA, house rent allowance i.e. HRA and other allowances are also added.

In addition to all this, the salary of the primary teacher of Haryana reaches about Rs 45000 to Rs 50000 at the initial level. With experience and promotion, this figure can be more. The salary of a senior teacher can be up to Rs 60000 or above.
How much will the salary increase from the 8th Pay Commission?
Now it comes to the 8th Pay Commission which is likely to be implemented next year. Experts believe that under the new Commission, basic pay can increase by 25 to 30 percent. If this happens, the initial basic salary of primary teachers of Haryana will increase from Rs 35400 to about 45000 rupees.

After adding allowances, the total salary can range from 55000 to 65000 rupees. At the same time, the salary of experienced and senior teachers is expected to cross Rs 70000.
