According to BSTC teacher’s initial basic salary pay level 10, there is about 9,300 thousand to 33, 800 per month, which can reach Rs 35,000 with experience and promotion. Along with this, they also get various allowances like HRA, CCA and other allowances. Overall, a BSTC teacher can get additional benefits of up to 34 percent of the basic salary. Salary of teachers in Rajasthan according to grade
The salary of teachers of Rajasthan government school is determined according to their grade. Teachers coming under grade first are kept in Pay Level 12. In which their basic salary is 44, 300 per month and 4, 800 is prescribed. At the same time, grade second teacher comes in Pay Level 11. Where they get 37,800 basic salary at 4,200 pay grade. Third grade teachers are kept in pay level 10. Where their basic salary is 33, 800 and they get 3,600 grade pay. Along with these pay scales, teachers are also given other allowances, which makes their Inhand salary even better.
How much salary does first grade teacher get salary
According to the Seventh Pay Commission appointed under Rajasthan Public Service Commission, the first grade teacher gets Inhnd Salary from about 53,687 to 57,678 rupees every month. Pay matrix level 12 and grade pay 4,800 are fixed for this post. Even during training, they are given as stipend to 27,660.
