After BCCI excluded Mustafizur from IPL, Bangladesh Cricket Board has also withdrawn the no-objection certificate issued to its player. The report quoted sources as saying that even if the player protests, the concerned franchise (KKR) has a strong reason for not paying the money. “If the NOC is withdrawn, there is no obligation on Kolkata Knight Riders to make the payment,” sources said.
